These guys are awesome. They understand real life situations, and the hard part of dealing with big financial decisions and work with you on that. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They are also incredibly friendly.

This review is in no way inflated or fake. I experienced the absolute most incredibly awesome customer service at BG automotive that I have ever experienced in my 43 years of living after offloading for a weekend my car was rattling around and I have a lot of driving appointments for work coming up so I was very afraid that you know I’d be driving down the highway going 80 and something would fly off my car. I called and and got Eric Buchanan on the phone. I explained to him the exact situation and he instructed me to bring it over as soon as I possibly could that day. I made my way over there, but I still had my elderly dog in the car. Eric volunteered to help transport me and my dog back to my house so they could inspect my car he took down my info. Got me home checked out the car and gave me a call back within two hours with a comprehensive list of what they found. Turns out the rattling was just a section of my hubcap that it came loose so they fix that for free and they identified two nails in my tires and a list of Carfax recommended fluid exchanges. They perform the exact tasks I asked for and had it back to me literally the next morning so within probably 16 hours of my calling in they had the car back to me repaired. Eric brought the car back to me at my residence and then no joke. I watched him jog off back towards the shop. His energy and enthusiasm are second to none and I will be going to be G automotive for the foreseeable future and I recommend you do as well!

My only issues is how you present, or actually don't present your "Full Vehicle Inspection" You just quietly sneak it in there with the we'll give it a test drive and get right on it, No mention of it being an optional service. No mention of the price either. Could be more upfront and ethical in the approach.I knew you did it but the inspection will be helpful down the road so I let it go. It took longer than expected to complete the repair as BG was having staffing issues. No problem here. It happens every day to all businesses. Once completed, the work was professionally done. The underwriter was helpful and friendly. On the 2 days that I was in there I saw 4 other employees and none of them acknowledged my presence. Just a common courtesy. I'll be back, give you another try, and see what happens.

Great service team at the Webster location. Gave me honest feedback for potential repairs on a Subaru whose cylinder left the chat. Liked their oil change prices . Cheaper than the dealer. Good start to a good working relationship.

BG Automotive in Loveland (by Orchards Plaza / King Soopers) is terrific! Both the price and the knowledgeable, super helpful service was outstanding. I've been looking for quite a while to find a great, reasonably priced diesel mechanic shop for my 2000 Ford F350, and I believe I've finally found it. Besides the work I had done today and am having done tomorrow, they did the best vehicle inspection, with high quality photos, that I've ever received from a shop. It's now crystal clear what needs to be done on my older truck, along with the correct order it needs to be done. Because of how they conducted the inspection and presented it, I have no doubt concerning its veracity. There was also no pressure to do any unnecessary work - just knowlegable, competent, helpful advice and recommendations. I'm thrilled to have found this outstanding shop.

Awesome Service Great People!
